Unlike other Modeling and Photography training, Genesis offers workshops that both models and photographers participate in. Not only will you receive quality training for your passion, but you will also receive knowledge on how to work with the other half of creating that perfect portfolio or photograph.
Understanding how to work with a photographer, or on the other end, working with a model can make or break a photoshoot. This training workshop or private coaching experience will teach you how to properly communicate and work with your “other half.”
Idaho has so much to offer that even a month-long photographic journey couldn’t really do this amazing place justice.
That said, we’ve picked some of the most incredible spots within reasonable driving distance from Boise and pulled them together into a great set of travel workshops.
Genesis has several options for workshop dates and times. For both two day and partial day workshops, we will start out in Idaho’s capital city exploring the Boise and Eagle Rivers. Then we’ll hit the road into the mountains and valleys of Idaho, setting up in gorgeous locations with access to mountain vistas as well as water features – a true photographic treat. You won’t believe you live so close to such majesty! Imagine the shots you’ll get in these locations. You just have to take it all in.
Using both Jason’s and Miranda’s knowledge and hands-on skills, you can be sure you’ll be proud of the work you add to your portfolio and the thrill of shooting in such spectacular venues.
While on location, expect to be travelling through some of Idaho’s most amazing landscapes. With a mix of shooting times, we’ll be experimenting with different setups as well as involving everyone in discussion process and working on post-processing techniques during the day.
Each photographer and model will have opportunities to work with Jason and with Miranda, as well as pairing up and working together with classmates on multiple setups, with expert tips and advice from your instructors.
